These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pusmee website [www.pusmee.in] By or using the Platform, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Platform or place an order. By using the Platform, you represent and confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

● All product descriptions, images, sizes, and colours are presented as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing batch

● Prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise

● We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product availability at any time without prior notice

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Pusmee reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Pusmee does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. We currently accept prepaid payments only. We Thank you for your cooperation.

6. Shipping & Refunds

Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the Pusmee name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of the legal entity and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

● Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

● Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data

● Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or infringing content through the Platform

● Misuse the promotional offer mechanisms of the Platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Pusmee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased, including delays caused by third-party logistics or payment partners. 10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pusmee, its officers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Delhi / NCR].

12. Amendments

Pusmee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
